SRA CELESTE ARAVENA
Fundo Sta Domitila, owned by Sra Aravena, is
a small holding of just 12.39 hectares (31.5 acres), of which 4 hectares
(10 acres) is planted with grapes. Other crops grown include
lettuces, tomatoes and olives. 3 generations of the family work on
this farm.

Grape varieties grown include Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pais and
Moscatel. Their farm is located about 15 kilometres from the winery in

They have been members of Covica for 17 years, having joined the
co-operative in 1990.
